Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. In-stock items are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Delivery times vary by destination, item size, carrier, and shipping service. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Europe: typically 8–21 business days after dispatch
United Kingdom: 8-21 business days after dispatch
United States: delivery may take up to 8-35 business days after dispatch

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and may vary during peak periods, holidays, customs clearance, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order value, item volume, destination, and delivery method.

All shipping costs are subject to change without notice. If any additional shipping charge is required before dispatch, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.

Oversized & Freight Deliveries

Some larger pieces, including certain chairs, bookcases, lighting, tables, mirrors, and other oversized items, may require palletized or freight delivery.

In these cases, the shipping rate shown at checkout may be an estimate based on standard routing. After your order is placed, we may confirm the final freight total based on destination, access requirements, item size, carrier availability, and any applicable surcharges, including remote-area delivery, appointment delivery, or liftgate service.

If an adjustment is required, we will notify you promptly and issue a separate shipping invoice for approval prior to dispatch. No freight adjustment will be applied without your confirmation.

Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as UPS, DPD, GLS, DACHSER, or similar logistics partners depending on the destination, item type, and delivery requirements.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, carrier delays may occasionally occur. While we will always assist where possible, Laiya Home is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, weather, strikes, or other events outside our control.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

You can use this tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom and United States, customs duties, import taxes, local VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges may apply.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, fees, or charges applied during or after shipping, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
