Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the size of the items ordered. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that deliveries do not take place on weekends or public holidays.

Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your delivery.

Why did my order arrive in multiple shipments?
Some items may be shipped separately due to size, availability, or logistics. If there is an unexpected delay with part of your order, our team will inform you.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they are shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.


Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?
Yes. You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

Are all items returnable?
Sale items, gift cards, and custom or made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless faulty.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days.
