Oversized & Freight (Pallet) Deliveries
Some larger pieces (including certain chairs, bookcases, lighting, etc) require palletized freight delivery. In these cases, the shipping rate shown at checkout may be an estimate based on standard mainland routing. After your order is placed, we may confirm the final freight total based on destination, access requirements, and carrier surcharges (e.g., remote areas, appointment delivery, or liftgate service). If an adjustment is required, we will notify you promptly and issue a separate shipping invoice for approval prior to dispatch. No freight adjustments are applied without your confirmation.
Carriers
We use trusted carriers such as UPS, DPD, GLS, DACHSER or similar.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
